Just a quick note: we don’t charge late fees based on the due date printed on your invoice. The February invoices went out with a March 4th due date in error, and because this was our largest billing cycle, they were also mailed later than planned. A remarkable display of teamwork between human error and software mischief, really.

Thanks for bearing with us while we continue to break in our new billing system. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience, your good humor, and your continued support while we smooth out the last of the chaos.​​
