To our valued customers,

We would like to inform you of important changes at Vierkant Disposal. As you may know, we are a small, family-run business, and we recently experienced the loss of our mother, Roxie Vierkant, who was the heart of our operations.

Vierkant is officially being transferred to the next generation in our family. We have been actively involved in the business for the last 10 years and are committed to maintaining the level of service you expect.

Implementing a New Automated Billing System

As we conducted a review of the company's records, we discovered discrepancies due to our manual billing process. To ensure accuracy, we are moving to an automated billing system. We will send more information about how you can enroll in the coming weeks.

Please note: In rare cases, you may receive a duplicate bill (one paper, one electronic) as we finalize the transition. If this happens, please let us know by emailing us at Admin@VierkantDisposal.com with your account information.

Customer Account Reviews

Our review found that some customers have not been charged for a period of time. We value your business and are taking ownership of this error. We are not collecting these outstanding balances. These customers can expect their billing to start as of November 2025 – and our automated system will ensure we provide accurate and timely billing.

Moving Forward

We miss our mother deeply and appreciate her dedication to Vierkant. Ultimately, her greatest joy was not in the manual billing processes – it was connecting with the people and communities we serve. We share that passion. Our move to an automated billing system will enable us to uphold her commitment to you and allow us to focus on the service we provide you.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate this transition. We look forward to serving you for years to come.

Sincerely,

Justin Vierkant and the team at Vierkant Disposal
